The prologue of the story begins with an event that shocked the martial arts world: when the Five Mountains Sword Sect was meeting for an alliance, the alliance leader Zuo Lengchan was suddenly poisoned by a strange poison. All clues strangely pointed to the reformed Sun and Moon God Sect. At the same time, fresh sword marks suspected of "evil-proof swordsmanship" were discovered at the old site of Fuzhou Fuwei Escort Bureau, and the "Sunflower Collection" that was supposed to be extinct actually seemed to be inextricably linked to the Imperial West Factory.
