He hired the best piano tuner, only to find that the job had gone to his ex of five years ago.
Pianist Qin Yan needs his piano tuned for an important performance. When the door opens, he finds Chen Su, the lover who once went down a different path from him because of ideals and responsibilities. One strives for absolute perfection onstage, while the other can hear the tiniest flaw in pitch. When Chen Su restores the Steinway’s precise tone, can their out-of-tune love be adjusted again?
Will they play their old song again, or compose a new one this time?
A little scene
Qin Yan: “A few of the keys don’t sound right.”
Chen Su adjusts the strings without looking up. “The old injury in your right hand is affecting the pressure you use when playing.”
Qin Yan freezes. It’s been five years, and he still remembers.
