From the Start, I Had the Eye of a Talent Scout, and I Turned Yao Ming Over to the Nation

In 2002, on the eve of the darkest, yet most hopeful, era in Longguo basketball.

Chen Chen is reborn and awakens the [Eye of the Talent Scout]. From the start, he swoops in to stop Yao Ming just as he's about to sign with the NBA's Houston team!

Faced with everyone's confusion and mockery from foreign media, Chen Chen slaps a copy of the "God-Making Plan" onto the desk of a senior official at the General Administration:

"Why go to the NBA to be a workhorse? I'm handing him over to the country and building an invincible red dynasty!"

He's a tyrant of a coach: he kicks out the slackers, puts the basketball world in order, and demands absolute discipline!

He's the godfather of basketball: Yao Ming develops a three-point hook shot, Wang Zhizhi becomes a stretch big man, and Yi Jianlian bulks up early to become a Greek monster!

When Chen Chen leads Longguo's all-villain men's basketball team to crush the Redeem Team on the floor at the 2004 Athens Olympics, the whole world goes crazy!

Chen Chen: "My players are mine. If I don't give the nod, nobody's taking them away!"
