At the end of 2028, on an ordinary day, the luxury cruise ship Sunrise, along with the 4,200 people aboard, vanished from international waters.
The whole world was stunned.
Hundreds of search vessels scoured the area day and night, but found nothing.
Only many days later did the Sunrise reappear.
It brought back people sobbing in terror, along with a tale of a world plunged into an icy apocalypse.
Only then did humanity uncover the ocean’s secret: certain banks of rising mist could carry ships and their passengers to another world.
Countless ships poured out to sea, hoping to usher in another age of great exploration.
But people gradually discovered that so many of these other worlds were already in the middle of an apocalypse?!!!

“B: A biohazard crisis, a world crawling with zombies. After people clear out the ones who turned nearby, they discover that Patient Zero has somehow turned human again.”
“C: A ‘harmonious’ society. There is no war here, only harmony and beauty. Any overly intense emotional outburst turns people into grotesque monsters. Everyone watches their words and actions at all times, trying to avoid any emotional swings.”
