One Piece: This Isn't the Justice I Wanted

(Original female protagonist; she later betrays the Marines after serving in their ranks, with some parts following the crew.) Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral Yekaterina Yevna, prized pupil of the Marine hero Iron Fist Garp. Code name 07562, known as the “Madwoman.” She was once a bona fide battle maniac and one of the World Government’s most loyal Marines. She had repaid the World Government for its support and served the common people well, yet the Celestial Dragons set their sights on her because of her outstanding looks. In the end, the World Government schemed against her and betrayed her. Seeing the World Government for what it truly was, she lost all faith in it and finally decided to… bide her time, wait for the right moment, and ultimately defect. To hell with the World Government!
