(Transmigration + Period + Adorable Child + Understands Animal Speech + Strongwoman + Everyday Family Life + A Touch of Ensemble Cast)
Just after Qi Nianqiu transmigrates into the body of five-year-old Qiu Bao, she crawls back from the King of Hell's doorstep and hears the villagers gossiping.
The original owner was a poor little thing. Her father was dead, her mother was mad, and it was anyone's guess whether she'd even grow up.
Goodness, was her life really that miserable?
Her madwoman of a mother comes back after snatching a child's candy. She stuffs it into her little one's mouth and urges her to hurry up and eat.
Qiu Bao looks at her mother. She seems fine enough, and she knows how to care for her child. Qiu Bao decides she'll take her mother along as she eats well, lives well, and makes a fortune in this era.
Just as Qiu Bao rolls up her sleeves, her madwoman mother tells her, "Actually, I'm a fox."
Qiu Bao stares at her mother, speechless, and holds up one hand. "I'm not a three-year-old. You can't fool me. I'm five."
Until she sees her mother talking to two sparrows, whispering with snakes in the mountains, and treating mountain wolves like sworn brothers...
What a shock! Maybe her mother really is a fox spirit! And that makes me a little fox cub...
Later, Qiu Bao can talk to animals, too.
A wolf at her left, a tiger at her right, a bird's nest on her head, and a snake coiled around her...
Wherever she goes, chaos follows!
It's great. The character design is great. I finally saw a single mother raising a cub. There is just a bug. Can you change the heroine's pre-travel character design? Otherwise, wouldn't it be very strange for a 21-year-old to go to town without any brains? I would like to suggest that the longer the heroine stays after changing to time travel, her thinking will automatically become childish and become a real 5-year-old cub's thinking. Would this be better?
