The city made of flesh and blood will never have peace, lies will turn into black smoke monsters, and noise will never fade away. The whisper collector Mo, with the paranoid desire to make the world completely quiet, wanders among the dying people and steals their dying murmurs. A strange distress call from 1990 drags him into a conspiracy that transcends the times: a disaster called "concept erasure virus" is spreading, and the first concept to be swallowed is "silence". When the basic volume of the world rises irreversibly, and when the noisy cults start hunting, Mo discovers that his mutilated body coexisting with the silent moss is actually the only antidote to the virus. He must make a choice: live as a mortal who hates noise, or become a "silent heart" integrated into the flesh and blood of the world, guarding the right to exist for all sounds in eternal silence.
