The Eldest Senior Brother Is Mighty

Lin Xiaofan, a PhD in physics, accidentally transmigrates after a laboratory explosion to the Great Yin Dynasty, an ancient cultivation empire with a slave system that has lasted for five thousand years. The dynasty is now nearing its end. The Martial Saint is on the verge of death, the court is powerful in name only, local clans and sects have carved up the land, and enemies surround the realm. Throughout history, every commoner uprising has been crushed by a single finger from the Martial Saint, leaving rivers of blood. Armed with the “Heaven Rewards the Diligent” golden finger, which guarantees a reward for every effort, the protagonist is reborn as the senior disciple of Qingyun Abbey, a declining sect. His master has just died, leaving him alone to raise four young junior disciples. Amid the daily grind of childcare, farming, alchemy, teaching physics, making gunpowder, inventing, battling the powerful, and resisting oppression, Lin Xiaofan uses scientific thinking to overturn the cultivation system and lead the people at the bottom out of ignorance. In the end, he abolishes slavery, rebuilds the land, and creates a new world of freedom and equality.
