I Refused to Accept My Fate on the Immortal Execution Platform and Returned to the Immortal Realm to Cultivate Again

On the Immortal Execution Platform, my immortal bones were shattered. I was once a Star Lord who governed the flow of time, but merely glimpsing that “the Heavenly Dao is selfish” was enough for the court I had served all my life to cast me down into the mortal world.

When I opened my eyes again, I was lying in the dust of a fishing village, my body broken. All my former glory was gone. Before me lay only a murky mortal world, and within me, a cold, scrutinizing “Eye of Defiance.”

Nurturing fiendish energy in a well, laying a net across the starry heavens. Only then did I realize that the so-called pure land of the Immortal Realm was nothing but a cruel game, fueled by all living beings. Yet this abandoned chess piece in the game might be able to flip the board.

So I fed on turbid energy and forged a new path in the depths of desperation. A wine-brewing immortal official, a fugitive alchemist, an orphan of the demon race... those “scraps” cast aside by the “Heavenly Dao” gathered behind me.

In this life, I will not seek immortality.

I will slay the immortals.

And I will ask the “selfless” Heavenly Dao enthroned above the nine heavens:

If the rules have crumbled, what wrong have the people done?

Who among the gods and Buddhas covering the sky deserves to rule?

[Defying the Heavenly Dao + Ensemble cast + Intricate mysteries] This is a story of betrayal, awakening, and rebuilding. Watch as the fallen god Ling Chen rekindles the flame from humble beginnings, gathers the world's “anomalies,” confronts the greatest lie in the heavens, and rewrites the laws of all worlds.
