In this alternate timeline, Li Yang is a Chinese player who barely made it from an NCAA Division I team to the NBA. In his previous life, he struggled constantly. Racism from Americans, a coach who didn't trust him, and teammates who seemed to be on a different wavelength left him bouncing between the NBA and the G League. In the end, injuries got him cut. This time, he starts over in China, beginning with the Nike High School League. From the Tsai Qingxin Foundation tryouts onward, he fights his way up, constantly shoring up his weaknesses. To maximize his gains, he learns from the mistakes of his past life and starts livestreaming, carving out a path of his own.
