Synopsis

Demon Slayer: The Demon King Who Defied Fate

When he wakes up as Tanjiro, the amnesiac never imagines that one fall will completely reverse the siblings’ fates: Nezuko goes down the mountain in his place and escapes the massacre, while he stays home and is turned into a demon by Muzan.

The moment his memories of transmigrating awaken, his powerful soul breaks free of Muzan’s control, making him an impossible Demon King immune to sunlight. Meanwhile, Nezuko, who was supposed to become a demon, takes up her Nichirin Blade and sets out to slay demons.

A bloodthirsty, shadowy Demon King for an older brother, and a righteous Demon Slayer Corps swordswoman for a younger sister: when the bond of blood collides with opposing loyalties, who will decide the end of this fate-defying game that overturns the original story?

I recently saw people on Douyin saying Tanjiro would be insanely powerful as a demon, and that Nezuko has even greater talent for Breathing Styles.
