(In the AI era, will you still have a job? Your value will be reconstructed; will you be a "worthless person" receiving basic security or will you use AI to become a "valuable person"?)
In the Ai post-apocalyptic wasteland cyber world after World War III, I was a garbage "worthless" abandoned by society. The meaning of living was to serve as a battery for the gods.
Until I put on the donated VR glasses and entered the world-controlling game "Catastrophe: Mountains and Seas".
Others chose Sword Immortal or Mage, but I chose the most useless [Medical Immortal].
Then, when I used the introductory medicine cauldron assigned by the system to refine the [purity 99%] elixir, the whole server announcement went viral.
Capital giants want to buy out my formula. They laughed at me: "A worthless person is worthy of making elixirs?"
I backhandedly established the "Elixir Alliance", and all the elixirs were available at half price.
In reality, they dispatched military AI robots to hunt me down all over the world; in the game, they monopolized the dungeon and placed a bounty on my head.
They thought my goal was wealth or power!
But they were both wrong.
What I am refining is not an elixir, but a prairie fire.
I want to use the fire in this furnace to burn through the barriers between virtuality and reality, for all of us who are defined as worthless by the nobles——
Create a new world.

Looks great, highly recommended! This is a book with a novel setting. There is no time travel, no harem or anything like that. It combines the settings of reality and virtual games, and creates a two-line parallel narrative.
The subject matter is very novel and the rhythm is very strong. It's a good novel. I hope it won't stop updating.
