The second volume of "The Complete History of the "Comfort Women" of the Japanese Army" uses an academic perspective to conduct an in-depth examination of the comfort stations and the "comfort women" system established by the Japanese army in China and the Pacific battlefield during World War II. After Japan launched a full-scale war of aggression against China, it began to implement comfort stations on a large scale. This volume restores the true appearance of the "comfort women" system through a large number of historical cases, documentary materials, field investigations and oral accounts of eyewitnesses, and focuses on analyzing the establishment, operation and development of Japanese comfort stations in the Chinese-occupied areas. After the outbreak of the Pacific War, this system was extended to various parts of Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. The core point of this volume is that understanding this system requires going beyond the text and the framework of the prostitution system, and examining its actual operation in a war environment to determine its essence - a military sexual slavery system.
