My Tarot Clients Are Doomsday Gods

[I counsel the mad gods, and charge by the apocalyptic crisis]

I, Lin Xiao, became the world’s only Tarot therapist.

My clients are Tarot gods whose powers have spiraled out of control and who stand on the brink of collapse.

For the depressed Chariot who wants to crash into the city, my prescription is empathy: “It’s okay to fail.”

For the reclusive Hermit shrouding the whole city in loneliness, my treatment is understanding: “Go ahead and cry. I’m listening.”

But this job of mine can be downright deadly...

On my left is an archangel who believes in absolute order and thinks I should be “purified.”

On my right is an inverted-order cult that worships chaos and wants to turn me into a specimen.

And above me, a silent gaze is judging whether I deserve to exist.

Now, on my appointment sheet is a god of “Sacrifice” who has been hanging upside down for three hundred years.

And my time limit is to complete the treatment before the orbital judgment cannon fires.

They all say that understanding is a sin.

But I think that in this crumbling world, the therapist who can make a god lay down their weapon is the one who most deserves an appointment.
