- Scope of activity: Complete control of this star system
- Technology symbols: antimatter engine, interplanetary colonization
- Compliance requirements: fully utilize the energy of the parent star and freely navigate the star system
Level 2 civilization (stellar civilization):
- Energy source: Dyson sphere complete body, star energy extraction
- Range of activity: local star and nearby stars
