I Tested Poisons for the Deposed Crown Prince for Five Years, Then He Tore Down the Cold Palace

Tang Tang, a kitchen girl in the imperial kitchen, was born with an unusual tongue. With a single lick, she can tell what's been added to a bowl of medicine.

The deposed crown prince, confined to the Cold Palace, has spent five years eating spoiled food and drinking poison. She tests his food for poison, draws circles, and keeps accounts, recording every ingredient that shouldn't be there, one mark at a time on the stove.

On the day the crown prince is enthroned, the court officials kneel and beg for rewards. But his first order is to tear down the Cold Palace. Not one person who tampered with the medicine back then will escape.
