"Ordinary Martial Arts"
Outline
Core Premise
The System's true nature: It is not a system for assigning stat points or drawing rewards, but a system that guides and amplifies the Host's own potential. Though called a system, it is actually the last "spark" left by an ancient martial spirit, gathered in an age when the Way has fallen into decline. Its purpose is to find a successor with a compatible temperament and decent aptitude, and "restore the path to divine mastery through martial arts." The System does not grant power beyond the limits of reality. It only helps the Host unlock their own potential, following the core martial arts principle: "Training the fist is training the person; training the person is training the heart."
Power system: It strictly follows the levels of traditional martial arts. All elements of "high martial arts" and fantasy are excluded, such as projecting qi outward, scaling walls and leaping over rooftops, or striking someone from a distance.
Bright Force: Unite the body's strength, make the sinews and bones ring as one, and send power to the body's extremities. Its defining sign is a sharp explosive crack when force is released, like a firecracker. This marks the initial mastery of whole-body power.
Hidden Force: Send power through the bones and marrow to damage the internal organs. It can drive force through the surface of an object and strike what lies within. This requires tremendous control and a finely tuned awareness of the body's interior.
Transforming Force: Not even a feather can be added, nor a fly alight. The whole body is highly sensitive and coordinated, able to neutralize incoming force without a trace. Control over one's own strength reaches a state of exquisite precision.
Elixir Force (a legendary level): Embrace the elixir and settle the hips, with blood and qi as dense as mercury. The body's blood and qi are highly concentrated at a single point in the elixir field. Physical strength, stamina, recovery, and explosive power far exceed those of ordinary people, theoretically reaching the peak of human physiological potential. One gains nearly animal-like instincts and extraordinary powers of recovery, but remains within the bounds of humanity. This level is legendary in the novel, and very few have ever attained it.
