[Original Story + No Livestreaming + No System + Transmigration]
I transmigrated as Squidward. It should have been a nightmare, until I realized that the whole of Bikini Bottom was the real nightmare.
Plankton’s “Envy” summoned an indescribable entity. Now SpongeBob’s smile has frozen into an eternal invitation, Patrick’s laziness has become a sofa that devours time, and drops of blood seep from the sound of Mr. Krabs counting his money. The Seven Deadly Sins are seven rusted locks, imprisoning this underwater city in a set of uncanny rules.
My only help is a book made of fish skin that tells the truth. It foretells death and points the way to survival, but it also whispers softly on every page, luring me toward my inevitable end.
As an outsider, I could have watched from a distance. But when I saw Mr. Krabs use his greedy body to shield Pearl, when Karen’s circuit board lit up with love... I understood. Every bit of madness here comes at a price, and salvation must be paid for by the sinners themselves.
But if the judge is himself a loophole in the rules, if the only “innocent one” is a visitor from another world, then when the last lighthouse of sin goes dark, who will sound the trumpet that brings it all to an end?
Music is my weapon, and my last testament. This time, Squidward will no longer be “angry.”
For this twisted world he loves so dearly, he will play a requiem.
