Zombies + Ice Age apocalypse, no special abilities, rebirth, System, mountains of supplies, decisive and ruthless, no saintly heroine, not a neighborhood warlord. Early on, a lone scavenger goes on a spree of zero-cost looting to build up funds. Midway through, they establish a large marketplace and expand their influence through settlements. Later, they travel around opening cans, specializing in dealing with neighborhood warlords.
“Boss, do you have any food?”
“Food? Sure! Instant noodles, ham sausages, rice, steamed buns, fried rice cakes, meat, vegetables, candy, snacks, drinks, liquor, you name it. What would you like?”
“You have everything? You’ve got to be kidding. Crops won’t grow in this awful weather, and everyone else has to split one compressed ration in two. But you’ve got everything? Do you have spicy mala hot pot?”
“Sure! Not just mala hot pot. If you have enough to trade, I could even get you the stars in the sky.”
“Then do you have weapons specially made to deal with zombies?”
“Weapons? Sure! Pistols, shotguns, submachine guns, machine guns, howitzers, you name it. There’s nothing you can think of that I can’t sell.”
