An Alien Fox Clan Crash-Lands in Ancient Times: A Daily Life in Disguise

[Alternate Ancient Setting + Stranded Alien Fox Clan + Hilarious Disguises + Faux Farming Slice of Life + Cozy and Healing]

A spacefaring expedition team from Doma, in the Lyra constellation, suffered a spectacular crash and made an emergency landing in a remote mountain village in the ancient state of Yan.

To repair their spaceship, the alien fox clan had no choice but to embark on the strange adventure of posing as people from ancient times.

This is a family thrown together at the last minute.

Their scholar father is a retired interstellar commander, while their physician mother is an interstellar healer.

Their eldest daughter, still unmarried, is a spaceship mechanic. Their child prodigy of a younger brother was originally a troublemaking doctoral student, and their pet octopus spends every day at home cosplaying as different farm animals.

The most outrageous part is that, to avoid fines from the authorities for failing to marry off their daughters, their adoptive father comes up with a terrible idea: he pays to buy a “dying son-in-law,” who turns out to be a fugitive crown prince.

The family had only wanted to keep their heads down, but they become an overnight sensation, making it impossible to escape notice. Unfortunately, the aliens are terrible actors, and their disguises are full of holes.

Their fox ears and tails are about to give them away, and there’s still no end in sight to the spaceship repairs. When on earth will this busted ship be fixed?!
