(This book is very sweet, but it also has plenty of nitpicks. It's a self-indulgent work, so proceed with caution.) (The flashback chapters aren't recommended. They're not well written, especially in Volume Two. The setting is from My House of Horrors, so you might not understand it, and it isn't written well either. The Volume One flashbacks are being revised and are nearly finished, so those are readable. If the plot suddenly seems to have problems, it's probably because that section hasn't been revised yet.) (The author is sensitive, so please be gentle when criticizing this book. Thank you.) (Multiple female leads.)
Bai Lou, an ordinary guy with a Trait Extraction System, finds that his life seems to have changed dramatically after he meets Ms. Herta at a lecture.
Meets Asta, extracts trait [Richer Than a Nation (Inactive)]
Meets ***, extracts trait [???]
Meets March 7th, extracts trait [Unknown Past (Inactive)]
[■■■ with Herta has exceeded the threshold. Trait: Genius evolves into Trait: Absolute Genius (Inactive)]
[■■■ with Cocolia has exceeded the threshold. Trait: Fused with a Stellaron evolves into Trait: Stellaron's Master (1% activated)] (Cocolia is not a female lead.)
[Meets key characters: Jingliu, Firefly, Yaoguang, Hysilens, Dahlia, Silver Wolf, The Herta (save this one for tying up the story at the end), Fu Hua (tentative). Trait: Unknown Past (Activated)]
Bai Lou gets it now. Right, right, so this is where the trap was laid?
Wasn't this supposed to be about extracting traits? How did it end up extracting romantic debts too?
Come on, author, I'm optimistic about you
The flashback episode is too long, but it's still quite enjoyable.
Is Aha the wise man?
