Daddy's Here to Take You Home

A reimagining of Dream of the Red Chamber. From Zhen Shiyin becoming a father for the first time to searching for his daughter, venturing into a ghost market, crossing the River of Delusion, entering a dream realm, reuniting through the written word, and returning to the cycle of reincarnation, he endures every hardship for one thing: “Yinglian, Father is taking you home.” The story weaves together the bonds between father and daughter, husband and wife, brothers, and family and country. Follow Zhen Shiyin as he sets out to find his daughter.

Expect amnesia, stand-ins, betrayal, a white moonlight, possessive love, love before realizing it, identity mysteries, and groveling redemption arcs. Every trope that can possibly fit is in here, drenched in melodrama. That's exactly the flavor!
