[Childhood Friends × Bickering Rivals × Both Each Other’s First and Only Love × Mutual Pining!!!]

[A childhood friend who says one thing but means another × A carefree childhood sweetheart]

Shen Ningqian has a simple set of standards for a partner. To sum it up, there are three: handsome, good grades, and tall.

But the first person who meets those standards is none other than her childhood friend, He Luqing.

Shen Ningqian is a hundred percent against the idea.

Everyone is baffled.

She explains, “Don’t ask. We’re just too familiar with each other.”

In her eyes, while other childhood friends are “innocent and inseparable,” the two of them are “a pair of little nuisances who torment each other.”

Sixteen-year-old Shen Ningqian secretly swears to the heavens that she’ll cut ties with He Luqing for good after the college entrance exams.

He Luqing: “Shen Ningqian, if I tried to kiss you right now, would you hit me?”

Shen Ningqian: “Huh?”

One day after graduation, the two of them announce their relationship on social media.

Everyone in the comments: “You’re only together now?”

He Luqing: “I pursued her for ages before she finally said yes.” (Wounded expression)

Shen Ningqian: “???”
