Record of Ragnarok: Blasphemy

[This is the court of the gods, and humanity's final ode]

Led by Saturn, king of time, the twelve rulers of mythology convene to decide the fate of civilization. Humanity's sins are proven, and its extermination is all but certain.

But Athena, goddess of wisdom, sees the flaw in the verdict: “To judge worth by strength is the arrogance of the gods.”

At her insistence, the rules of Ragnarok, the contest that will decide humanity's survival, are overturned. This is not a death match of strength, but the ultimate test of whether a civilization deserves to exist.

Chosen by Athena and Hestia themselves and granted the blessings of the gods, thirteen human heroes will shoulder the sins and glory of their entire race and wage a seemingly unwinnable war against the gods.

Behind them lie the goddesses' far-reaching plans, as well as a shocking conspiracy stirring beneath the surface of the divine realm...

With their mortal bodies, humanity will compose one final battle hymn for the vast universe.
