Reborn with the hatred of her past life, Rose sheds her innocence and timidity, becoming a black rose with hidden thorns. In her previous life, she was betrayed by a scumbag, framed and robbed, and her grandmother died as a result. Rose herself met a bitter end. In this life, she wields her identity as a detective like a blade, vowing to keep her grandmother safe and reclaim justice. Decisive and clever, she shows unyielding strength in every crisis.
Shen Jie, heir to one of the capital's most powerful families, runs the Shen business empire and is also a top-tier star whose influence and reputation are unmatched. Cold and aloof on the outside, ruthless in his actions, he nevertheless hides a tenderness and sense of responsibility no one knows about. When he first meets Rose on a rainy night, her battered yet defiant gaze unexpectedly stirs his frozen heart, and he makes an exception to help her.
Later, the two are brought together by an investigation. Shen Jie is deeply drawn to Rose's intelligence, resilience, and fearless way of loving and hating. With Shen Jie protecting her with all his might and treating her with genuine care, Rose gradually lowers her guard. From hunting down corporate spies and settling scores with enemies from her past life to facing the schemes of the capital's elite, they team up to overcome every crisis and save each other. Shen Jie protects her with unwavering devotion, while Rose warms his cold heart with her honest affection. The difference in their status can never stand in their way. Bound by a love that goes both ways, the dark rose shines beneath the lights of the capital and joins the heir to a powerful family in a moving love story filled with fiery revenge and sweet devotion.
The reborn Black Rose meets the eldest young master of the Beijing circle. She first takes advantage of the situation to resolve the crisis and avenge her past life. The two are involved in their relationship due to interests. After going through the conspiracy and emotional entanglement of the wealthy family, they finally break through the situation and stay together. The reborn heroine returns with the hatred from her past life, and is as sharp as a black rose. She unexpectedly gets entangled with the noble and unruly young man from the Beijing circle. The two go from testing each other's interests to forming an alliance, to redeeming each other in the whirlpool of rich families and previous grudges. Their love gradually grows, and they finally work together to tear down the conspiracy, liquidate the enemy, and unlock the happy ending of the two-way journey.
It's particularly nice to watch. The protagonist's bond is delicate, the supporting characters are vivid and don't steal the show, and the plot rhythm is relaxed and moderate. It is a masterpiece of romance novels that I like to read.
