Chen Che, a bookstore owner on the verge of bankruptcy, grew up in his grandfather's horror collection. He was familiar with the narrative structure of every fear, but he never imagined that he would become part of the story.
An unknown black book and a calm invitation lead him into the "Collection" - a Victorian library suspended outside reality. Here are collected all the unfinished stories that were born out of strong emotions and then abandoned, turned into horrific copies, waiting to be broken into, experienced, or forgotten forever.
