This book is a tutorial for Level 1 of the National English Proficiency Test (PETS). It systematically and comprehensively introduces the form and content of the exam, and details the requirements of the syllabus, common test points and test-taking strategies from the five parts of the exam. It also provides a wealth of special training and a collection of past papers for candidates to use.
The book contains a total of six parts. Except for the first part, which is an overall introduction to the PETS Level 1 exam, the other five parts completely correspond to the five major contents of the exam, namely oral test, listening, application of English knowledge, reading and writing. Each part includes four modules: syllabus requirements, test point analysis, review of real questions, and special training to help candidates master the key points of the exam step by step and overcome difficulties. It also comes with a total of eight sets of PETS Level 1 exam vocabulary lists, PETS Level 1 exam papers and sprint simulation questions.
