The Twelve Zodiac Signs: Song of the Pure-Hearted

When Pangu fell, his heart and blood transformed into the Twelve Zodiac Totems, each wielding one of twelve paths, including Heaven-Stealing, Mountain-Bearing, and Seven Slaughters. They have guarded the mortal realm for countless millennia.

The Sea of the Demon Abyss separates the worlds of humans and demons. Once every sixty years, the Xuanyuan Passage briefly opens, bringing a rising tide beneath the blood moon and corpses floating for thousands of miles.

A Chu, a farm boy with an innocent heart, accidentally awakens the Rat Totem. He slays wolves with a woodcutter's blade and saves a child with a flash of movement, earning fame in a single battle.

The Ox Totem grants him strength, and he carries mountains and builds dikes, earning the title “Mountain-Bearing Lad.” The Tiger Totem gives him a spear, and with one thrust he shatters a thousand demons, making his name resound far and wide.

Traveling with Liu Qingxue, whose bones are as pure as ice and whose sword is peerless; Shen Xinghe, master of unrivaled thunder magic; and the gentle yet resilient Su Shengsheng, with his childhood friend A Man at his side, A Chu journeys across mountains and rivers, awakening the power of all twelve totems.

But the demon calamity grows ever worse, the Abyss Emperor covets the mortal realm, and partings and deaths come one after another. Betrayal and sacrifice follow like shadows.

In his mortal body, he bears the wishes of the Zodiac and carries the weight of all living beings on his shoulders.

When the Xuanyuan Passage opens wide and all twelve totems sacrifice themselves, can A Chu sever the Demon Abyss with his own strength and protect the mortal realm's peace?

This is a journey of protection and growth, and a tragic song of youth that spans mountains and seas.
