Harry Potter: I’m the Principal in Handong

In a parallel world where the Harry Potter story takes place, a great nation in the distant East also boasts a long history of magic. While Hogwarts owls carry admission letters across the English countryside, a new school of magic, Handong School of Magic, is quietly rising on the mysterious island of Haiji, off the coast of Jinghai City in Handong Province, China. Liu Jianguo, once an ordinary office worker, was unexpectedly appointed headmaster of the school at the age of thirty, and activated the “World’s Number One School of Magic System.” Faced with a deserted island in need of rebuilding and a team of just a handful of people, he and like-minded companions from all over the country are determined to forge a unique path. As the school grows, the story will showcase magical lessons with a distinctive Eastern flair, and depict how teachers and students creatively combine ancient wisdom with modern magical systems. As the school’s reputation spreads, it will not only have to face attention and challenges from the European magical world, but will also demonstrate the unique strength and deep heritage of the Eastern magical world in future international exchanges and a world undergoing great change. This is a Harry Potter fan’s vision of the East, dedicated to all readers who believe magic has more than one face and that the world is full of endless possibilities. The early chapters focus on building up the school. Characters from film and television will appear, and later side stories will intersect with the original Harry Potter plot. This book follows the Harry Potter universe and will not include traditional Eastern cultivation.
