Liang Mingyu was born in a family that favored sons over daughters. When she was sixteen, her father shamelessly asked someone to send her to a large hospital to work as a temporary midwifery nurse, and shamelessly let her live on the balcony of the Huo family. One rainy night she was defiled by Huo Xing, the eldest son of Huo, but her parents were as happy as if they had won the lottery and forced her to marry Huo Xing.
After more than ten years of marriage, Liang Mingyu was exhausted physically and mentally for the sake of the family, but she was always suppressed by her husband. Her father was seriously ill and all her savings were spent. Her parents-in-law disliked her, her husband complained that she was strong, and her son blamed her for only focusing on money.
Desperate, Liang Mingyu wanted a divorce, but her husband demanded that she cleanse herself and leave the house.
In order to give her thirty-six-year-old self some relief, Liang Mingyu chose to leave home without hesitation.
Her ex-husband lived a prosperous life relying on her property, and her parents-in-law followed suit. Liang Mingyu owed huge debts and was raised in a desperate situation.
Until Zhou Jing said to her one day: "You are not bad, what is bad are those who hurt you."
Liang Mingyu understood what love is at an age when he shouldn't fall in love.
