The creatures in the spiritual world either hide or turn into evil spirits. The gap between the two worlds becomes deeper and the hostility spreads across the mountains and rivers.
Qinghe Village is hidden in the mountains, and the spirit-transferring technique has been passed down from generation to generation - using one's own spiritual power to warm the spirit body, resolve resentment, and promote the symbiosis between humans and spirits. This technique is regarded as "heresy" by mainstream monks, and the people of Qinghe Village also live in hiding from the world.
