The Last Taoist, Born of the Mystic

“When fortune wanes and spiritual energy flourishes, it is not Heaven’s way that has gone awry, but humanity’s that has fallen into disorder.

People pursue the ultimate spiritual root and seek quick golden-core breakthroughs, never realizing that lone yang cannot give rise to life, and solitary yin cannot thrive.

I possess a volume of Daoist scriptures. Rather than cultivate spiritual roots, I cultivate the mind; rather than contend for spiritual energy, I contend for fortune.

In this Age of Declining Dharma, where ghosts and monsters run rampant, watch as I use an incomplete Dao to mend Heaven and Earth.”
