After My Family Was Wiped Out, I Recruited the Greatest Talents from Every Sect as My Underlings

[Cultivation and Martial Arts + Mystery + Ensemble Cast + Disguised as a Woman + Genius + Equally Matched Leads]

He Ya was once the most gifted young woman in her sect. Then, in a single day, the sect was destroyed. She was knocked unconscious and barely survived, but at the cost of having all her inner strength sealed.

To protect her little brother, she disguised herself as a woman and hid away in a little hut deep in the mountains, biding her time. Once her brother grew a little taller, she planned to go down the mountain and avenge their blood debt.

Who knew that the longer she lay low, the more people came knocking until her doorstep was nearly worn away?

While keeping watch at a funeral home, she casually pulled a monk out of a coffin.

Planning to catch fish to nourish herself, she instead found a “cripple” in the grass next door.

After curing the townsfolk of poison, she somehow acquired a harmless-looking “doctor” who quietly followed her around.

He Ya had picked up so many people her hands were full. Looking at the “boarders” filling her house, she overturned the table in a rage. “Get out, all of you! I’m here for revenge, not running an inn!”

One by one, the people in front of her started acting strangely.

The monk, who strictly observed his vows, actually brought her a pheasant.

“Don’t you avoid breaking the rules?”

“I’m a lay disciple, not yet fully ordained.”

The “cripple,” who had been lying in bed and still wanted to kill her, turned into a bodyguard who followed her everywhere.

“Weren’t you going to kill me?”

“I was seriously injured and delirious. It doesn’t count.”

And the harmless-looking “doctor” had powerful backers no one knew about.

Something wasn’t right…

Never mind. There was no time to worry about that. The people who had destroyed her sect were coming to light, and one of them had even been involved. Would they cross blades, or become strangers to one another?
