The Bizarre Funeral Director: I Arrange Funerals for Vengeful Ghosts

The Spirit Realm collapsed, and ghosts roamed the night.

While everyone else hid from ghosts or drove them away, I held funerals for them instead.

My name is Lin Xiaoman, the eighteenth-generation heir to a family of undertakers. Others take jobs to make money; I take jobs to earn underworld merit.

My clients are a little unusual: they’re all vengeful ghosts who died with unfinished business.

Later, I hosted team-building events for the Ghost King with my left hand and appeared as a guest on underworld variety shows with my right. I had so many zeros after my bank balance that I couldn’t even count them.

Then the Rebirth Cult set its sights on me, and a rift in the Gates of Hell burst open in my city. A million evil spirits descended upon us.

I opened my ledger and sent a group message: “Old clients, emergency jobs are 20% off. Kill the cultists, and I’ll reimburse you in ghost currency!”

That day, the Blood-Robed Ghost General led an army of underworld soldiers into formation, the old school ghost opened a rule-bound domain, and the factory’s vengeful spirits formed a 996 work squad...

I stood on the rooftop with a megaphone: “Listen up!

Today’s funeral is free for everyone, but anyone who wrecks my event won’t even get to remain a ghost!”
