Qing Meng Descends the Mountain: The Dust-Covered Record of Calamities

Qing Meng, the sect’s most beloved Saintess, was born with the vitality of a spring mountain and blessed by Heaven and Earth. But after a prophecy foretold that she must “descend the mountain to undergo her tribulation,” she left her immortal home at her master’s command. Who could have guessed that the moment she stepped beyond the sect gates, perilous secret realms, schemes born of human greed, and tangled romantic tribulations would come one after another? The treasured jewel who had once lived in a hothouse shed her innocence in the trials of the mortal world. With a dust-stained hand, she wielded the sword of fortune and cut through tribulation after tribulation. This is the story of her journey down the mountain, and her record of overcoming calamity. When the name Qing Meng resounds across the Six Realms, who will still remember the Saintess who once knew only how to chant sutras?
