It's good-looking, the protagonist has a brain, not a virgin, the writing is smooth, and the plot doesn't have any poisonous points. There are few themes that particularly appeal to a commander like me.

It's pretty cool, but I didn't notice the technology generation. Apart from the humanoid technology, it felt like it was completely unnecessary to go back to the Cold War era with guns and tanks. If you can provide complete production data, you can go directly to the top products. I feel there is no need to climb the Cold War technology tree again.
