The 1980s: A Down-and-Out Officer Is Lavishly Spoiled by a Beautiful Boss

[Both pure] [Devoted husband] [Older man/younger woman] [Flirtatious beauty of a restaurant owner & pure-hearted, devoted military officer] [Rational heroine & love-struck hero]

Sun Shuyi is a “jinx.” Nobody liked her growing up, and even as an adult, she can't find a partner.

But then the military officer she once gave a bowl of noodles to suddenly shows up at her door and asks, “Would I do?”

The officer has a slender waist, long legs, broad shoulders, and a very handsome face.

Sun Shuyi is thrilled inside.

Yes! Of course you would!

When Li Shizheng had nowhere to go, Sun Shuyi gave him a bowl of noodles, and after that, he stayed by her side.

Being near Sun Shuyi stopped the nightmares that had plagued him for years, and even cured his chronic headaches.

Seeing that her blind dates weren't going well, he thought it over carefully before sincerely confessing his feelings to her: “What do you think of me?”

After the two get married, Sun Shuyi's noodle shop grows bigger and more successful.

Li Shizheng rises higher and higher in the military.

Those who once thought Sun Shuyi was a jinx start saying she brings good fortune.

Sun Shuyi doesn't want to entertain them, but Li Shizheng smiles and tells them, “I'm the lucky one. I married a wonderful wife.”
