The Eternal Night Eclipse descends. A dark purple sky screen covers the globe, and the particles of eclipsing light spawn countless “rule-bound horror domains,” including abandoned cities, floating temples, and abyssal prisons. Anyone who breaks a domain’s rules will be devoured by the “Eclipse Overlord,” and human civilization teeters on the brink of extinction. Countries around the world launch the “National Destiny Hunt.” The chosen “Keepers of the Light” must enter the horror domains, and each ghost they kill and each rule they decipher earns their country survival resources. If they fail, their country will be completely swallowed by the eclipsing light. Yet all of this is actually a “human selection game” devised by a higher civilization.
