[A self-aware, falsely innocent but secretly sinister ghostly bandit queen x a transmigrated heiress who seems calculating and cunning but is really a sweet girl with a dark side]
Miao Wei is a little-known author whose readers sent her a flood of angry letters after she killed off a supporting character. When she woke up, she found that she had transmigrated into a book.
Bad news: I’ve transmigrated into my own novel.
Worse news: I’m the cannon-fodder heiress who abducts the supporting character, gets killed by her, and then dies alongside her.
Two sworn enemies holding hands as they head to their deaths. Sounds romantic, right? Wrong! So very wrong!
To keep the supporting character from killing her, Miao Wei decides to lie flat. Then, when she lets her guard down, a bolt of heavenly lightning nearly blasts her to dust.
Miao Wei: Hi, Siri?
Heavenly lightning: Rumble
Forced to follow the plot, she gets mad, then gets mad all over again. According to the story: set fire to the stronghold to fix the bug, then go ahead and abduct the supporting character.
She plays the ruthless, womanizing scoundrel, supposedly just to torment the supporting character to her heart’s content. But behind the scenes, she secretly brings her medicine and looks after her.
Miao Wei: Boohoo, you poor thing. I’m so wicked. I deserve to have my hand smacked.
But no one could have guessed that one day the supporting character who wanted to kill her would become self-aware, and Miao Wei would find herself pinned beneath her.
Supporting character: You created me, and that’s why we met. Now that we’ve met, you can’t run away. Otherwise, I’ll lock you up where no one can find you.
Miao Wei is dumbfounded. Miao Wei knocks her out. Miao Wei flees through the night, carrying her whole estate on her back.
She sprints away, shouting: Mommy, help! There’s a creepy ghost chasing me!
