I Decorated the NPC and Refused to Work Overtime

The social beast Lu Yao worked overtime to the point of doubting his life. When he woke up, he became the most humble decorative NPC in the holographic game. During the day, he is a backdrop in the eyes of players who only repeats three lines. He is tested, killed, and ignored. At night, when the system was dormant, he came to life in an instant, farming secretly, reselling equipment, becoming brothers with slimes, and even developing subtle relationships with three awakened NPC women. Isn't this the perfect life he wants without having to work overtime?
