Infinite Reboots: Passing the Torch in a World of High Martial Arts

Lin Yuan, a veteran player of Souls-like games, accidentally transmigrates to a modern world of advanced martial arts, where spiritual qi has revived and countless races vie for supremacy.

Here, chosen martial artists shatter mountains and rivers with their fists, gene-enhanced soldiers soar through the skies in mechanical bodies, and word mages make their prophecies come true with a single sentence. Lin Yuan, with his ordinary aptitude, is just an ordinary man who could die at any moment in the aftershocks of a battle between the powerful.

Just when he is on the verge of despair, he discovers that he has brought the game’s “Undying” System with him.

No talent or spiritual roots? No problem. Kill powerful enemies and absorb their [Martial Souls] to level up without limit!

Martial arts manuals are scarce? Doesn’t matter. I can “learn by dying” and memorize any opponent’s moves, even perfectly replicating forbidden techniques!

A grandmaster’s killing move is lightning-fast and impossible to dodge? To me, it’s just a flash of red that I can [parry]!

When everyone sees him as an unkillable monster, only Lin Yuan knows the truth:

Your so-called fight to the death is just the opening cinematic while I learn the boss’s move set.

Death is my greatest talent.

Every time I fall, it’s only so I can rise again in more spectacular fashion.

“Come on. One more death and I’ll clear the game.”

This is the story of a man who uses infinite revivals to fight his way from the bottom of the city against the whole world, and ultimately becomes a god by “passing on the flame.”
