Lawyer Daddy: A Contract Baby

Five years ago, a car accident left Lu Zhiyan with amnesia. His assistant forged a breakup letter, and Su Qingyuan left for a distant place, pregnant with his child. Five years later, she returns as a top forensic pathologist, only to meet him again in court. He has become the lawyer for her “archenemy.”

“Dr. Su, did I make the scar below your left eye?” He presses her relentlessly, using a serial murder case as leverage to lock her in a villa and make her sign a “cohabitation agreement.”

Then a little one shows up out of nowhere. “Mister, you look just like the icy daddy in my drawing!” When the DNA report lands in front of Lu Zhiyan, he finally learns the truth: the “breakup” was a lie, and the little boy before him is the son he missed for five years.

“Su Qingyuan,” he says, dropping to one knee and tearing up the agreement, “I'll spend the rest of my life making it up to you. I want both you and Niannian.”
