[Two Male Leads] [Growth-Oriented Protagonist] [Everyone Turns Evil in the Later Stages]
A brilliant, beautiful, tragic, scheming undercover agent × a decisive, ruthless general
The moment he saved the badly wounded general, he had already stepped into the imperial power struggle.
He keeps his head down at first, then turns utterly unhinged. Political machinations, physical torment, and everyone plotting against everyone.
Official synopsis: Ying Qi is a male entertainer at a brothel. One day, he accidentally saves someone on the street, only to find that the man has latched onto him, followed him all the way to the brothel, and even wants to buy his freedom.
But something about this doesn't seem right. Why is someone watching him? Why are there so many new people around? And why is the country about to fall before anything has even happened?!
Ying Qi thinks it over carefully. What?! The man who hired me is actually my enemy? Ying Qi acts at once, defects, and joins the enemy camp.
It turns out that after all that, he was the enemy all along.
Now that he's officially on their side, then... kill him!
Ying Qi raises a finger to his lips and gazes at the collapsing dynasty with a soft laugh. "It's only a change of dynasty. I can bear the responsibility."
