The Laid-Back Villain Asks You to Enjoy the Drama Rationally

[Alternate universe + ordinary heroine + everyone's favorite + first love + melodrama + Mary Sue]

After staying up all night roasting Lin Wan, the “love-struck villainess,” overworked office drone Lin Wan opens her eyes and finds herself inhabiting the body of this wealthy, beautiful cannon-fodder supporting female character.

No System, no golden finger? No problem. Her motto is “stay away from the plot and stay safe”: let the male and female leads torment each other all they want, while she sits nearby, munching on melon seeds and enjoying the show. As for the original story's suicidal antics? No way. The family business matters, and staying alive matters even more!

She only meant to be a quiet, lazy bystander enjoying the drama. So why has a powerful, hidden character from the book suddenly appeared, determined to pursue her?

Lin Wan: (pauses mid-munch) Wait, how did this melon end up being about me?
