History graduate student Lin Yue dies suddenly after staying up all night and transmigrates into the prehistoric world, to the Spirit Platform and Square Inch Mountain. He awakens the Destiny of the Journey to the West Rewrite System, becomes a disciple of Patriarch Bodhi, and takes his place as Sun Wukong’s senior brother, joining the sect five hundred years before him.
With the System’s golden finger at his disposal, he excels at deducing cultivation techniques, receiving warnings of fated events, and canceling karmic consequences. He cultivates for five hundred years and reaches the Divine Transformation Realm, all for the sake of waiting for that stone-born monkey to come climbing up the mountain.
Protect his junior brother, shatter Buddhism’s schemes, prevent the calamity of Five Elements Mountain, wreak havoc in Heaven and rewrite the Book of Life and Death, then overturn the destiny ordained for the Journey to the West!
When Xuan Yue stands holding his dusting whisk, with the unruly Sun Wukong behind him, the Buddhas fall silent and Heaven trembles.
I’ll protect my junior brother! I’ll rewrite this great calamity of the Journey to the West!
