Sci-fi apocalypse + action-packed survival
Twenty-four-year-old office worker Chen Mo collapses after another late night at the office. On the brink of death, he is pulled away by a mysterious force. When he wakes, he is locked inside a sealed room in an unfamiliar, abandoned apartment building. A floating black orb speaks in a cold, mechanical voice, informing him that he has “died.” If he wants to survive, he must accept a hunting mission. A bomb has already been implanted in his brain, and disobedience means execution. Chen Mo thinks it’s a prank and launches into a furious rant, but the orb forcibly teleports him to the outskirts of Zone Seven, where he comes face-to-face with his first low-level mutated rat. He is so terrified that he collapses to the ground.
