The hutongs of old Beijing hide not only the fireworks of Beijing accent, but also the thousand-year secrets buried under the gray bricks and gray tiles. The male protagonist, Lin Mo, is a deliveryman who travels deep in the alley, and is also an apprentice in cultural relic restoration. The story is based on old Beijing, connecting the hidden ancient tombs under famous landmarks such as the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, and the Ming Tombs, with scenes such as century-old houses in the depths of the alleys, humble restaurants, and flower shops/bookstores filled with fireworks, creating a fantasy world in which "there are ancient tombs under the city, and secrets are hidden in the fireworks." The villain may turn black due to jealousy of his adventures, or covet the mysterious power in the ancient tomb due to desire for power, or may press against him step by step because of historical grudges. However, the heroines around him seem to be ordinary little lucky representatives in the city, but they are all closely related to his tomb robbing journey and even his thousand-year destiny.
