Siheyuan: A Doormat? Just Try Sucking My Blood

The moment Liu Guangtian opened his eyes, he was completely stunned. The stench of mildew filled his nose. Second Aunt jabbed a finger at him and yelled, “Useless! Get up! Is the whole family supposed to starve to death?” A broken bed, tattered bedding, old wounds all over his body. Three skinny kids, small as kittens, rushed over. “Dad, don’t die!” Reborn as the punching bag in a Beijing courtyard house? His wages stolen, his kids starving, and his parasitic family still thought he was a nuisance! Liu Guangtian glared. “I’m turning this whole situation around!” They steal his job? He flips the table! His brother and sister-in-law mooch off his food? He kicks them out! He’ll teach anyone who dares defy him a lesson! He starts a business and makes a fortune. In no time, the shabby old house becomes a brand-new home, and the smell of meat wafts down the whole street! His old enemies kneel and beg for mercy. Liu Guangtian puts an arm around his top-student kid and sneers, “You looked down on me when I was poor. Now you’re not even worthy to lick my shoes!”
