Dream of the Red Chamber: The Lin Family's Prodigy

Lin Yan is the Prince of Dong'an, a powerful lord, while Lin Daiyu is a noble young lady sheltered beneath her elder brother's wing. This novel follows the transmigrator Lin Yan as he protects his younger sister as she grows up. It mainly draws on the Gengchen and Guiyou editions of The Story of the Stone annotated by Zhi Yanzhai, and adopts the theory that the novel is a lament for the Ming dynasty, based on textual indexing.
