Xu Suining struggled for ten years through the Apocalypse on Blue Star, and ultimately sacrificed herself.
When she woke again, she had become the disgrace of the interstellar aristocratic Xu family: a worthless person with no psychic powers, lying in a laboratory at the mercy of others.
In the underground black market, she fought tooth and nail to survive, but was forced into a confrontation with Song Yiyue, the top student at the Imperial Academy and the Xu family’s most dazzling adopted son.
He looked down on her and suppressed her. During the nationwide Apocalypse game Earth Online’s evaluation, he openly drove her into a corner. “A piece of trash with zero psychic power deserves to live?”
Xu Suining wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth and smiled amid the zombie horde.
He had no idea that the game was recreating the hell she had lived through herself.
When the fake game suddenly became real, the Zerg tore through the starry sky, plunging the entire interstellar world into panic.
The once-arrogant Song Yiyue watched with his own eyes as Xu Suining dismantled a Zerg queen’s nest with her bare hands, commanded the remnants of the army with tactics he had never understood, and advanced step by step through the ruins until she stood before him.
She planted her foot on his battered mecha and turned her gun on him. “Chief Song, who needs to beg the other to stay alive now?”
To preserve civilization, the two sworn enemies were forced to fight back-to-back, facing two Apocalypses as their grudges and passion burned together.
When it was all over, Xu Suining awoke in a medical pod and heard that familiar, irritating voice, hoarse in a way it had never been before:
“Xu Suining…”
“You win.
So wake up.”
A very unique theme, a post-apocalyptic ➕ interstellar novel, the author's writing style is very delicate, the emotional scenes and plot lines are very interesting, keep up the good work I lament again that it's so beautiful and the author has so much imagination.
